I have invested the last 15 years to learning how to optimise your body and brain to live a healthy, happy and productive life in a body you can be proud of. 

I have gained experience and worked with some of the elite, including the Special Forces, British Army, UK Strength and Conditioning, British Association of Sport & Exercise Sciences, Welsh Weightlifting and some of the highest achieving health, fitness, biohackers and scientists in the UK and around the world.

Nutrition, Exercise, Habits and Thinking all contribute to enjoying living in the present, whilst working to a propsperous future. Every individual is exactly that, individual. Your training, nutrition and habits should be designed to fit you for the greatest performance output. That is where I can help!
