Bootcamp is suitable for all abilities and a really friendly bunch. Every session is different and always lots of fun. Thoroughly recommend it, it's really helped my running and helped me stay injury free.

The highlight of my week is my 60 minutes PT session with Greg. It's always a mixture of exercises and weights to challenge me throughout my hour.
