I am the director and lead instructor within the business, conducting Group Training, 1 to 1 Personal Training, and Online Coaching. I do all this alongside studying for a Masters degree in Applied Sport and Exercise Science. I believe fully in using the highest standards of education and knowledge and applying that to everyone i work with, to ensure I am delivering the highest standard of service. With a military Physical Training Instructor background, and university level education, I have a unique stance within this industry providing the very best knowledge, motivation and inspiration.
